We specifically focus on supporting book launches for nonfiction authors, aiming to elevate his/her/their experience during the publishing process. We provide a comprehensive, strategic roadmap for each promotional plan, specifically tailored to each author.
We also don’t focus on traditional media (i.e. TV segments, news coverage, etc.) like a typical PR agency. Instead, we prioritize connecting you with your established community and intentional outreach to get your book in as many hands as possible.
Our affordability also sets us a part. Traditional PR agencies can run you thousands of dollars. With packages starting at $490, your money will go farther and achieve results. -
We specialize in website design + maintenance for keeping the content fresh, event coordination that will set your US book tour up for success, digital outreach to generate interest and drive book sales, and incentive management to ensure your audience gets rewarded for preordering your book.
We also love flexing our creativity by designing one-pagers, writing press releases or email templates, and brainstorming potential people and organizations that would expand your audience reach.
We are flexible and adaptable in our approach. If there is something you need help with outside of this list, we’re happy to explore with you. -
It honestly depends on the publisher and their capacity; however, they generally rely on traditional PR practices and can not guarantee any media coverage.
Typically, you and your agent will meet with the publishing team approximately 6-8 months before the pub date. During this conversation, you’ll find out how they intend to support the book. -
The more time, the better! We’ve found that the sweet spot is 4 - 6 months before the book is released. This timeframe allows us to lay a strong foundation with a comprehensive, strategic plan, develop custom templates, and provide enough time for coordination efforts.
If an in-person book tour is something that feels right for you, keep in mind that most book stores require a minimum of 3 months notice to get on their calendar and allow ample time for promotion. -
We offer flexible pricing based on the specific project and complexity, either a monthly retainer or lump sum payment.
After an initial conversation, we’ll provide a proposal with a scope of work. Once you accept the proposal, we’ll send over a contract and invoice for initial payment. After we receive payment, we’ll get to work!
If there are additional requests that fall outside the original scope of work, additional costs will be evaluated. -
